This is a lovely 4 bedroom student house, built over three storeys.  The lounge has comfy leather sofas and a flat screen TV.  The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a range of appliances, including fridge, freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.  All of the bedrooms in the property have double beds. Our favourite bedroom here is the one set over two levels, with a lower study area and a mezzanine sleeping area - we've never seen a student room like this anywhere else!

The rent here includes all bills, so you do not have to worry about budgeting for these costs.  Gas, electricity, water, TV licence, and unlimited broadband are all included.  As you would expect, the gas and electricity are subject to our fair usage policy.

The house is double glazed and properly insulated.  Living here, you will have no worries about safety, with a professionally fitted smoke alarm system, fire doors, burglar alarm and fire extinguishers.  The modern central heating boiler has a full Gas Safe inspection each year - certificates for this are available on request.

Blossom Avenue is a great location, right in the heart of Selly Oak.  You are 2 minutes walk from the Bristol Road, with its pubs, restaurants and shops.  Blossom Avenue is set slightly back from Dawlish Road, so you have all the advantages of living near the Bristol Road, but also the benefit of a quiet cul-de-sac location.

Tenant Information

Our agency will not progress an application until the holding deposit has been paid and an application form is completed and returned by the applicant(s). To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you return your application form(s) within 48 hours.

The holding deposit is the equivalent of one week’s rent, which once paid, is offset against the total balance due.

A tenancy cannot be completed until the agreed first month’s rent and bond are paid in full. On occasions, the Landlord may request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing. The holding deposit is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.

By paying the holding deposit, the property you have reserved will be taken off the market and all future viewings cancelled, and it is therefore deemed fair that the tenant will receive no refund should they later decide not to take up the tenancy or fail to move in on the agreed proposed check in date.

If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
