High security front and back door keys which can not be duplicated.

High levels of thermal and acoustic insulation, meaning that they retain the heat.
Thermostatically controlled central heating, powered by modern efficient boilers.
All properties which are 5 bedrooms and 3 storeys are fully HMO compliant and registered with Birmingham City Council. We voluntarily maintain our smaller properties to a similar standard. We are University of Birmingham Accredited Landlords
We manage our own properties and live locally. This means we are on hand to deal with any emergencies that may arise. Repairs are always undertaken promptly and efficiently.
