Rent is payable monthly in advance.

Currently rents are between £250 and £360 per person, per calendar month

We prefer to rent each house to a group of students but sometimes we do rent rooms on an individual basis.

If you decide to rent from us, we do require a deposit upon signing the contract.

All our deposits are held in the National Landlords Association insurance backed deposit scheme.
